Do you charge a credit card fee?

FDM Tactical does not charge a fee for credit card usage.

How can I track the status of my order?

To track your order, log in, click on “My Account”, click on “View Order” on the right hand side of the screen, click “Shipments”, and then click on the tracking number. Typically, tracking information will be updated at the end of the business day after your order has been picked up by the carrier. If the tracking number has not been added to your order, the carrier has not picked up your order.

Can I return items that I purchase?

We offer two levels of returns:

30-Day FDM Right Fit Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your boots or shoes, simply return them within 30 days from the date you received your order for a refund or exchange. Some restrictions apply.

One-Year Returns: We accept returns of resalable items within one year of purchase that are unworn, in new condition, and in original packaging along with all packaging attachments and enclosures, including all applicable tags, instructions, etc. For apparel, return item in its original, packaging along with all packaging attachments and enclosures, including all applicable tags, instructions, etc. Some restrictions apply.

All sales of firearms, loaded ammunition and clothing are FINAL, and returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED. Orders shipped to a FFL are FINAL UPON SHIPMENT. Once a firearm is shipped to the FFL, FDM Tactical will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstances. If a defect is discovered by the customer after shipment, the customer must contact the firearm manufacturer directly for replacement or repair.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

FDM Tactical charges a restocking fee and an amount equal to the original shipping costs for any final orders cancelled via debit or credit card chargeback after shipment to the FFL. By placing an online order with FDM Tactical , the customer agrees to pay all restocking and shipping fees associated with any order that is cancelled via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment to the FFL.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Most individual firearms ship for $14.95. Most accessories ship for $9.95 This excludes firearms shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Whenever possible, We will combine shipping.Certain firearms and accessories can be drop shipped from various warehouses, the shipping rates may increase or vary. Any firearm or accessory shipped from another warehouse can incur additional shipping cost.

Can you ship a gun to my home address?

We offers shipping to addresses within the United States only. The cost to ship to Alaska and Hawaii varies by item, shipment, and shipping option. Shipping method and rates to Alaska and Hawaii will vary so please contact us for a quote prior to placing a order.
We will not ship to any international destinations. For all non FFL items ordered the billing address must match the shipping address. Non FFL items ordered will ship to the billing address. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
